The Certificate Course in Play Therapy is a 3 month specialized program designed for Psychologists and Social Workers, as well as students looking to master the art of therapeutic play. This course equips you with the creative and clinical skills necessary to help children express themselves, process trauma, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
You will learn to facilitate a safe and supportive environment where children can "play out" their thoughts and feelings using globally recognized therapeutic models. The program bridges the gap between developmental theory and clinical practice, featuring hands-on demonstrations, creative interventions, and immersive case studies to build your mastery in the playroom.
Upon completion, you will be proficient in using evidence-based play techniques from Stages of play therapy to Applications for Diverse Populations to help children navigate emotional hurdles, improve social skills, and foster psychological resilience.
This course is conducted by a team of Registered Play Therapists and experienced practitioners who bring extensive hands-on expertise to the training.
